Skonto Prefab provides a full range of structural concrete solutions for residential and non-residential buildings in Scandinavia and Western Europe. The company manufactures and installs prestressed hollow core and filigree slabs, columns of various sizes, shapes and lengths, as well as prestressed beams, facade siding and stair elements and various types of wall panels including made by sandwich and socle technologies.
Production of Skonto Prefab is fully certified according to Scandinavian standards and all the products are laboratory-tested. The plant is located near Riga, but company’s projects can be seen in Stockholm, Malmö, Norrköping, Linköping, Nyköping, Ystad, Gävle, Örebro and several other locations.
