Project description
The residential block Dickens Yard in London, close to Ealing Broadway Underground Station, is a modern residential apartment complex that offers its residents all the amenities, including a spa and gym, as well as great views of the city.
Skonto Plan was in charge of the construction of integrated glass spider aluminium facade of the buildings and the delivery and installation of windows, using Schüco products. Also, exclusively for this project special terracotta tiles were produced and installed.
The company was involved in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th phase of the project, carrying out works in several blocks of the buildings, as well as eliminating failures caused by external conditions.
The client remarked the high level of responsibility with which Skonto Plan carried out the works, noting that "the assembly, design, supplies, materials, communications, work safety, information exchange and the overall quality of work increased from day to day."
During this project Skonto Plan had the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and experience on all levels of teamwork. All parties involved in the project gained invaluable experience following the strict requirements of quality assurance and health & safety.
