Project description
Tollare Strand consists of three high-rise residential buildings on the river bank of city of Naka in Sweden. The total coverage of the project is more than 10 000 m2, and each building is distinguished by its characteristic facade - white concrete and brick walls. Within the project Skonto Prefab designed, manufactured, delivered and assembled reinforced concrete elements, in which the damp sealing materials were installed. This project gave Skonto Prefab the opportunity to demonstrate their new product - brick walls that are both durable and visually interesting for the architectural image of the building.
